How long after ordering can I expect to receive my order?

Most orders take 1-3 days to process depending on order and order time. All orders are shipped immediately following processing. Most orders are received by the customer within 7-10 business days. Sorry but we do not ship to P.O. Boxes
Can I return or Exchange bundles or wigs?

The Royal Collection pride ourselves on Customer Service Royalty! We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products! If you receive your hair and aren’t satisfied with the look or feel, you can return them for a refund less shipping charges. Any extensions that have been altered, wash or worn in any way will not qualify for return. We will honor this policy for 30 days. (30 days= date order left our facility to date return is received). Orders received after 30 days will then be sent back to customer. Hair must be in original state. The same way it was sent to you. We do not refund shipping charges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL for altered bundles (unwrapped or worn bundles), as well as custom wig units. Please contact us with questions and/or concerns before ordering.
Is there a shipping fee?

We offer free shipping within the United States on orders over $150.
What are the circumference sizes of RC wigs? Do you provide custom units?

Our products are usually designed with a standard medium size, measuring 22.5 inches in circumference, although we do offer small(21.5) and large(23.5) cap sizes on ready to ship units. Yes we do provide custom units! To place an order for a custom sized unit please contact us via email with your requested unit size and texture. (additional fees apply for custom coloring). You will receive a response email with a questionnaire from your assigned representative, whom of which will guide you through your ordering process. You will also be sent an invoice for your quoted purchase price, along with an estimated shipping time.
Are Royal Collection bundles and wigs made from human hair?

Yes, our bundles and wigs are made from 100% human hair. Any hairs not human will state synthetic or synthetic blend.
Can RC bundles/wigs be colored?

Yes! All bundles and wigs come naturally colored. They are 100% human and can be colored or lifted up to #27. We do not recommend coloring more than once unless consulting a professional hairstylist, as double processing can damage the hair.
