SHIPPING POLICY

We only ship within the United States. Orders over $150, shipping is free.

 

Most orders take 1-3 days to process depending on order and order time. All orders are shipped immediately following processing. Most orders are received by the customer within 7-10 business days.

 

Sorry but we do not ship to P.O. Boxes

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

The Royal Collection pride ourselves on Customer Service Royalty! We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products! If you receive your hair and aren’t satisfied with the look or feel, you can return them for a refund less shipping charges. Any extensions that have been altered, or the tags/wrap removed, washed or worn in any way will not qualify for return. We will honor this policy for 30 days. (30 days= date order left our facility to date return is received). Orders received after 30 days will then be sent back to customer.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Hair must be in original state. The same way it was sent to you.

We do not refund shipping charges.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL for altered bundles (unwrapped or worn bundles), as well as custom wig units.
